Kenova
Coming soon — in development
A persistent memory layer that sits underneath the work — every decision, constraint, lesson and dead end, in one place, readable by the tools doing the building.
The expensive mistake
is the one you make twice.
Running five ventures at once produces a specific failure: a constraint gets decided in one project on a Tuesday, and six weeks later the same question gets answered differently in another, because the reasoning lived in a conversation nobody can find. The cost is not the decision. It is re-deriving it, badly.
Kenova is the layer that stops that. Not a notes app and not a chatbot — a structured memory the working tools can read directly, so the constraint you locked in March is still binding in September without anyone having to remember it was.

[ WHAT IT IS FOR ]
A locked constraint recorded somewhere is not the same as a locked constraint applied. Kenova exists to close that gap — the record and the working context are the same object.
Every dead end is only worth what it teaches the next attempt. Held per-project and readable across projects, a mistake made in one venture becomes a rule in the other four.
It is being built because River Wolf needed it, and it is being run against five real ventures before it is shown to anybody else. There is no waitlist yet, and that is deliberate.
