MuscleReady

Software — iOS

A recovery tracker for people still learning the split. Log the session, and it maps what has actually come back — so the next workout is a decision, not a guess.

SCROLL

The hard part isn't the session.
It's knowing what to do next.

Most beginners do not fail at the gym because they train too little. They fail because they train the same thing too often and something else not at all, then plateau, then assume the problem is effort. The information that would fix it — what is recovered right now — is invisible.

MuscleReady makes it visible. Sessions go in, and each muscle group carries a recovery state that decays over time and resets when it is worked. Nothing here is a wearable, a subscription to a coach, or a plan someone else wrote. It is the one number you were missing.

[ THE IDEA IN THREE PARTS ]

01
Log the work

Sessions in, by muscle group. No macro tracking, no wearable pairing, no photo diary — the app asks for the minimum that makes the model correct and nothing beyond it.

02
Watch it come back

Each group carries its own recovery curve rather than a flat rest-day count, so a heavy compound session and a light accessory one do not cost the same.

03
Train what's ready

The answer is the whole product: a body map that says train this, leave that. If you never open anything else in the app, it has done its job.
